The 4 ways we sell homes in River Walk

Do you have a River Walk home for sale and are looking to list with a real estate agent?

A home we sold in River WalkLately we have had great results selling homes in River Walk.  River Walk is a large neighborhood located in Simpsonville, SC.  A picturesque location exceeding 400 homes, it is well known for miles of beautiful walking trails under a canopy of mature trees as well as great amenities including a pool and tennis courts.

The average time on the market for a home listed in the Greenville MLS is over 100 days.  But this summer we sold one River Walk home in 3 days and another in 50 days!

How did we do it?  There is no magic pill or 5-step plan. But before I reveal our methods, I want to share an interesting story with you.

Bart and Lisa tried to sell their home in River Walk but became discouraged after listing their home and not selling it. So they interviewed a list of Realtors, including us.

We told them how we quickly sell homes in Simpsonville, South Carolina, and they chose us. 50 days later, their home was under contract and our clients were quite happy.

We are doing something right. No, it's not gimmicks or tricks.  We just work harder at doing the things that sell your home.

Here is what we told Bart and Lisa and why they ultimately used our services:

1. We actively market your home where buyers are: the Internet. Thanks to our three real estate websites, your home can be seen by over 20,000 people each month!

We also actively promote your home on some of the most popular real estate websites to give it even more exposure and use cutting-edge social media techniques to maximize exposure on Facebook and Twitter.

Here is one of our tweets for Bart and Lisa’s home:

2. We have a professional photographer that takes fantastic pictures of your home.  Jeff has years of experience in home photography and knows the right angles and lighting to use to showcase your residence.  Most potential buyers decide whether to step foot in your home by the pictures alone. If your photography is not professional grade, you are missing the greatest opportunity you have to effectively promote your home.

3. We have a professional videographer on staff who shoots a breathtaking virtual tour of your home.  His high-definition videos are first-class and are unique to the market.

4. We have a professional interior decorator and home stager who can transform your interior into something beautiful. After looking through Bart and Lisa's home, she recommended they paint the door as well as some of the kitchen cabinets. Her simple suggestions transformed the look of the home inside and out.

If you want to list your River Walk home and get it sold quickly for the best possible price, use the team at Carolina Realty Associates. Our record is flawless. Just ask Bart and Lisa and they will tell you we work hard for you.

Useful article for a new real estate agent! In our area it's a bit less expensive or lower price market so to speak. I still have found it pretty hard to sell in today's economy and was thinking about throwing in the towel for a while. After reading this, I think what I'm going to do, is more research and maybe get some counsel on how to better sell homes. I know just last week I learned about staging homes. The one's I'm having a hard time with are the one's with renters in them. Obviously they don't want to leave, and the home owner doesn't want the house to be vacant and bills racking up when they are having a hard time paying as well. I don't know. So many variables. But I'm not quitting yet! Thanks for the post!

Great service to anyone wanting to sell their home. They come highly recommended and in my opinion they just can't be beat. They use such places as the internet to help you sell your home enabling at least 20,000 people that will see what your home has to offer. Give them a try. You will never regret it.

Now this is sincere honesty coming from a real estate agent who I would like to consult for their services! I feel reassured that options do exist for the average home buyer/seller after much dissatisfaction in dealing with previous real estate agents. Selling homes takes a bit more research and preparation than most people are aware of, this is clear from William Stewart's clear and concise article! He is aware about changes in today's market which people need to embrace in order to be more successful in real estate.
